How it works

Five phases, roughly six weeks for a Premium build. No black boxes. You see the work as it happens.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Week 1

    We map the actual problem before touching code. Stakeholder calls, audit of existing assets, competitive scan, success metrics. You get a written brief and a fixed-bid quote within 5 business days.

  2. 02

    Design

    Week 1-2

    Design happens in the browser. Real type, real grid, real responsiveness — not Figma mockups that lie. You see a deployable preview by end of week one, iterate on the real thing.

  3. 03

    Build

    Week 2-5

    Component-by-component construction with daily deploys. You have a staging URL from day one. Weekly demo, mid-sprint check-in, async Loom updates between. No dark periods.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Week 5-6

    DNS cutover, Lighthouse audit, redirect map if migrating, analytics + monitoring wired. We don't leave until the site is live, fast, and observable. Launch day support included.

  5. 05

    Care

    Ongoing

    30-60 days of post-launch support included with every build. After that, retainers are available if you want hands-on attention. Otherwise the codebase is yours, documented, and easy for any competent developer to pick up.
